Το κτίριο στολίδι - σύμβολο της πόλης του Αιγίου. Σπανιότατο μικρού μεγέθους δείγμα του ρυθμού του στην Ελλάδα. Useful Information for English speaking Visitors (more pictures inside): The "tower" at Psila Alonia square, Egio (Aegio) town, near Patras city, Greece. Rare in Greece, small, new-gothic, new-medieval construction. Built ~1900 (a golden era for the town) to be used as meteorological station and cafe. Today is the trade mark building of Egio. It belongs to the municipality. It has been restored recently and remains a popular cafe.

Οικία Δεσπόζιτου - Κουλούρα: Ο κάποτε παραθαλάσσιος μοναδικός πύργος του Παλαιού Φαλήρου, σύντομα επισκέψιμος!

Πέτρινη έπαυλη με νεογοτθικά, νεομεσαιωνικά και νεοκλασικά στοιχεία, που σίγουρα εντυπωσιάζει αδιάλειπτα κάθε περαστικό από τότε που χτίστηκε.  Σύντομα θα στεγάσει το μουσείο παιδικής ηλικίας και παιχνιδιών. New-Gothic, new-medieval  tower, built ~1897-1900 from Spyridon Despozitos (mining entrepreneur). In ~1907 - 1923 it was used as recovery clinic and baths - spa of that era, by a well known dr named Miliaresis. Ιν 1916 the ship owner Athanasios Koulouras bought the building and his 2nd wife, the last owner gave it after her death in 1979 to the Benakis Museum. Today the museum executes a high quality restoration in order to use it as old toys and kids museum. Until ~1965, before the construction of Flisvos marina, the building was a few meters by the sea.
